The restaurant Trovatore dates back from 1875, and is considered
between the most characteristic restaurants in Venice.
Located close to St. Mark's square, on the centrally street Calla delle Rasse (with access from street Calle Albanesi as well), the restaurant is famous with its fish and typical venetian specialties, which can be tasted only here in the Venice lagoon.
